How do I return an item?
In the event that you would like to return or exchange your purchase, we
ask that you do so within 30 days of purchase by contacting us by email at [email protected] or calling
603-865-5778 for an RA#. (Returns/exchanges sent without an RA# may be
subject to a 20% restocking fee). Products must be in the condition you
received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
If the return/exchange is due to a material defect, or our mistake, we
will issue a pre-paid return label and pay for any applicable re-shipping
charges.
We are also happy to accommodate exchanges due to a customer
error, change of size, change of color, etc. - we’ll even split the
shipping costs with you – you pay to ship them back to us, we’ll pay to
ship the new items back to you.
